S.O.A.R. has a client seeking experienced Sprinkler Project Managers to support continued growth in Dallas and Houston.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy being in the field, working directly with customers, and owning project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Managing schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and customer communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates should have at least five years of supervisory experience in fire sprinkler construction and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Role Overview

- Field-heavy role (approx. 60% field / 40% office)
- First 6 weeks primarily in-office for training, onboarding, and relationship building
- Owns scheduling, materials ordering, coordination, and overall job logistics
- Financial awareness required (job cost impacts, change orders), but deep P&L experience is NOT required

Experience & Skills

- 5+ years in a supervisory role (PM, Superintendent, Field Manager, Field Lead)

- Experience with fire sprinkler construction required
- Strong operational execution and logistics mindset
- Experience with projects such as school districts, hospitals, or high-rise apartments is a plus
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve customer dissatisfaction
- Proven experience negotiating change orders and deliverables
- Ability to advocate internally and resolve issues with internal stakeholders
- Comfortable discussing budget overruns and corrective actions
- Experience with Procore is strongly preferred
